Parc des Îles - Park

A 1.2 km loop of paved trail accessible all year round. Come and enjoy the Parc des Îles in summer and winter. For a longer walk, it is possible to continue your walk on the Promenade des Capitaines (boardwalk) and the Sentier de la Balade for a total of about 5,4 km. 

A multitude of activities are offered at the Parc des Îles located in Downtown Matane: Supervised beach, water play area, pedalo, paddle board, kayak and canoes rental, play area and mini-golf are just some of the things that make this park the ideal location for sports.

• Paddle board, pedalboat, kayak and canoe: $16,50 for 30 minutes and $22 for 1 hour.
• Tandem kayak : $21 for 30 minutes and $30 for 1 hour.
• Minigolf: from $6,50 to $9,50 depending on the person's age.
• During summer, the welcome office is open daily from June 16 to September 4, 2023, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. In case it rains, it will close. Follow the Parc des Îles's Facebook Page for more information.
