Nature Highland - Organic Farm and oil production

Nature Highland, located in Baie-des-Sables, is one of the rare farms that produces organic cameline oil in Canada. Its owner, Olivier Chaumont, cultivates mostly organic cereals such as naked oat, lentils, cameline and rapeseed.

The Nature Highland team is passionate about agroecology, which is why they began experimenting with crops of organic cameline. Cameline oil has nutritional values while rapeseed oil is one of the last sources of GMO-free canola available in North America.

Products: Cold-pressed virgin cameline oil, cold-pressed virgin rapeseed oil, vegan caviar (black Beluga lentils), Gaspesian rice (naked oat), white buckwheat (hulled buckwheat).
