Beach - 7,7 km

Start: If you start at Matane, you can have an access to the beach in from of the camping called Camping Parc Sirois la Baleine. It,s more pleasant to start at the rest area in the center of Saint-Ulric, because the hardest part of the ride is in the last kilometers closed to Matane si you can avoid them if you want.

Tide: Easy to do at low tide or half tide. With more efforts,  it's also possible to do it until high tide. More pleasant when tide is going out, because the sand is wet and more steady.  

Pleasant beach area, easy to access. There is rocks and streams at some parts of the ride, but there's normaly no problem about it.
